How it works:

Startups, fill out the form below if you can use some free UX Research. Priority will be given to BIPOC, and/or woman and nonbinary-owned businesses.
I’ll connect you with a UX Researcher who will work directly with you, under my mentorship. I’ll coach them through running an end-to-end research project on your behalf, including project set-up, meeting your stakeholders, building a research plan, facilitating sessions, synthesis and delivering insights.
Project support will be taken care of by the Researcher placed on your project.

FAQs

You can propose research questions ranging from what we call tactical (Is our product prototype intuitive? Do users know where to find pricing information on our website? etc.) to more evaluative (What do users need in a relationship with their legal representation? How do users approach the process of choosing a new car? etc.) A Researcher will work with you to understand your top research questions and scope out a project.

We recommend beginning with 3-6 high-level research questions. The researcher you work with will help to scope which questions can be answered in your project.

Project timelines depend largely on the questions at hand and resources available to facilitate research. A Researcher in training will take on projects that can be completed in 1 month or less.

While setting up your project, a Researcher will let you know what types of information and deliverables you can expect. Insights will be tailored to your questions and a Researcher will collaborate with your team to ensure that next steps are actionable.
