What our time together will look like:
- We kick coaching off with an in-depth interview where we dive deep into your work experience. Together, we’ll uncover valuable insights and define the impact of your career journey thus far to share a clear & compelling story in your resume.
- My job? To ensure you’re not underselling yourself, and highlight your achievements. We’ll then review your projects, slide by slide, crafting a portfolio that aligns with your professional level and career aspirations.
- I’ll teach you a warm job application strategy to not get caught up in the ATS systems and direct your outreach to hiring decision makers.
- Practice is key! After you’ve gotten into the groove of applying consistently, we’ll engage in rigorous interview training until you feel confident speaking to your experience. Plus, expect some homework assignments along the way – I’ll keep you on track every step of the journey.
- Negotiating job offers can be scary and full of mixed emotions, but fear not. I’ll guide you through the art of negotiation, empowering you to advocate for yourself effectively and to remember your worth.
